Intercard (Intercard logo here) is a unit of Intercard India Ltd & this card is the property of Intercard India Ltd. All rights are reserved with Intercard. |

This card is non-transferable & just a Discount card & not a credit or debit card. |
3 |
This card entitles card-holder to get discount upto 50% or a special service or a complement to a service at associate units of Intercard or as declared by the company time to time. |
4 |
Intercard reserves the right to terminate the membership without any prior notice. |
5 |
Loss of the card should be immediately reported & new card shall be issued on extra cost. |
6 |
The valid card shall be presented before the billing of any product/ service. |
7 |
The discount/ special available service entitled for the card holder cannot be clubbed with any offer/ scheme/ sale or any kind of promotional activity on any product / service provided by associate units of Intercard. |

All club rules apply. |

Benefit & Terms and Conditions applicable, while using the card is as listed on the website www.intercardindia.org. |

The card shall be used only upto its validity as specified on the card. |

Services of the card are rendered subjected to the terms and conditions of the vendor. |

Incase of any breach in terms & condition, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the services of the card without prior notice to the member. |

All the disputes with respect to the card & the services complemented along with it shall be subject to the courts of Delhi jurisdiction. |
